Every year, as school, we produce a document that reflects our priorities for the year. Sometimes these priorities are based on what Ofsted have suggested as areas for improvements, more usually it is what the Senior Leadership Team have identified. Our document is called the Learning Improvement Plan- or LIP, for short. This is reviewed each term so that we keep track of where we are and what we have achieved.
Our four main priorities for 2021/2022 are:
1. Raising the achievement of all children post lockdowns.
2. Increasing the children's fluency in reading .
3. Continuing to support the children's emotional well being.
4. Implementing the new Early Years framework successfully for our very youngest children.
