Prospective parents

A very warm welcome to any prospective parents visiting our website

Under normal circumstances we would be delighted to welcome you into our school so that you could have a tour of the classrooms and school grounds, see our wonderful children happily engaged in their learning and meet some of our dedicated team of staff.  We would also have been able to answer any questions you might have about our school and you would have been able to absorb the warm, friendly and vibrant ethos of our school for yourselves.

Unfortunately, due to current restrictions, we are unable to invite you into school for a tour; we are sure that you will understand that this decision is based on prioritising the safety of our children, our staff and our parents. .

Please  take a look at this website to find out more about us. If you click on the year group pages you will be able to find out about the learning that is taking place throughout school.

If your child is due to start school in September 2021, then you will find our Reception page useful. Our Early Years Leader would love to tell you more about all the fun your child will have when learning through play in our fantastic Reception Base and outdoor areas. Please make an appointment to speak to her by telephone if you would like to.

New Intake of September 2021

Dear Parents/Carers

It was wonderful to meet so many of you at the new intake information sessions. Please find attached the Power Point presentation that was used during the sessions. If you were unable to attend the sessions, this will provide you with some information about what your child will be doing when they start school and some tips for helping to prepare them for this, although some of the slides might not make complete sense without a teacher explaining them. If you are unsure of anything covered in the Power Point, please contact the school office on tel: 783876 and they will put you in touch with a member of the Reception team.  A handout which will help to encourage your children's fine motor skills is also attached.

The key thing to know is that your child is going to have lots of fun in Reception, learning through play and making new friends and that the staff are always here to support you.

We cannot wait to meet your children when they attend one of the play sessions on 25th June and we are very much looking forward to working in partnership with you going forward.

Kind regards,

Miss Harris, Mrs Llewellyn and the Reception Team

A new Power Point has been added 'When I start school'. You might like to share this with your child.
