Full body workout 1 - what to expect

Here's my first attempt at becoming Chickerell's Joe Wicks. First 3 exercises 20 reps, the following 3 exercises 10 reps. No rest between exercises then a 2 minute break. Repeat this 3, 4, or even 5 times if your're feeling really strong.

Here's the next video for you to have a go at. This week, complete as many reps as you can within 30 seconds then allow yourself 30 seconds rest. After completing all 6 exercises, repeat another 3 times. Remember, it's all about having fun so do as much as you can. If it's too hard, how about a shorter period of exercise and give yourself a longer rest period, or only repeat the circuit twice

There are 4 exercises to complete, 10 reps on each. After one set is complete, drop down to 9 reps of everything until complete. Then 8, then 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and done.
